After receiving your child’s initial intake questionnaire, we will book the face to face consultation that takes place in your home.  This is where I will provide you with a specific plan for you as a family. You then start the plan the following day.  Then for the next two weeks we will work together over the phone/text implementing the sleep plan.  I will coach you, answering all your questions along the way, so we reach the goal you set out from the beginning.

The Face to Face Bundle provides you with:

• A 60-minute in depth Face to Face conversation at your home - this is where we chat about your little one’s sleep challenges and how we are going to teach them to sleep well.You will receive a tailor-made comprehensive sleep plan for your little one that outlines the specific challenges you are facing and how we will implement changes to teach your little one to sleep well
• I will provide my assistance to support you with 2 weeks of unlimited follow up within my working hours to ensure things are going smoothly and we are achieving the goal together
• Full assessment of daily logs every 48 hours so we can see trends in your little one’s sleep patterns and make changes accordingly 
• You will have the option to extend the support for another week at an additional cost of $99 per week 
• Completing this bundle of working together you will receive additional information to support you with dealing with challenges you may experience in the future like sickness, teething and regressions.  Having this on hand will support you to maintain that quality sleep you have experience during this time together.
